BTA was awarded Tennis Clubmark accreditation in May 2008. Tennis Clubmark is based on the Sport England Clubmark initiative, which is applicable to clubs playing all types of sport, especially those with junior sections. Tennis Clubmark aims to provide a framework for continuous improvement at club level to ensure that development programmes, policies and procedures are in line with best practice.
